In my "Soul" post I mentioned how I love to surround myself with positive words and things that inspire me.  And remember how I mentioned I had something really cool to tell you about that related to that?  Well... this is it!

Charm Factory is a wonder American company that makes beautiful charm bracelets.  They have a huge variety of charms you're sure to be find something that matches your personality, hobbies, memories, or hopes for the future!

Charm Factory was generous enough to send me a bracelet customized with 8 charms that I picked out for myself.  I decided to go for a bracelet that told the story of my life and, of course, I included a few encouraging charms for the future.

For instance I picked the Minnesota charm for where I grew up, the dog paw charm in honor of my pup, two palm trees to represent my marriage and wedding in Jamaica, and a sewing machine to show my love for my latest hobby.

Two "Green Baby Making" related charms that I added were a "Hope" charm and a the Pregnancy and Infant Loss Ribbon.  I love that the Charm Factory has this ribbon, along with a whole line of cause ribbons!  It's a great way to honor someone you love or a struggle you've gone through in life and to help with awareness. 

But of course since I love everything "Green" I was SO pleased when I learned that Charm factory is a Green company!  First of all, all of the charms are made in the United States and are lead and nickel free and also do not contain cadmium.  So they are safe for you to wear and safe for your children to wear.  On top of that they strive to maintain a safe working environment for their employees as well as emphasize the importance of recycling and decreasing corporate waste within their offices.  You can read all about their efforts on their "Buy Green" page. 

As always, I love, love, love to support US companies, especially ones that strive to be do better for the environment and their employees.

What I Love:  I love the charms!  They are beautiful, well made, detailed, and meaningful.  The variety is amazing.  I admit I had a hard time picking 8 there were so many I wanted!  The prices are also very affordable.  These bracelets would make a great gift for a daughter, friend, or mother... or for yourself, of course!

What I Don't Love: I have extremely thin wrists and even at the smallest setting it is still extremely loose on my wrist.   When I raise my arm it rests about halfway to my elbor and I would prefer it be a little tighter.  But really that's it... and seriously I have the smallest wrists ever!
