Giveaways Disclosure

• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to win.
• Giveaway entrants must be 18 years of age, and live in the USA unless otherwise stated.
• Prize value can be found on each individual giveaway post.
• I use Raffelcopter for all of my giveaways.  Specific rules for individual giveaways will be included in the Raffelcopter widget for that giveaway.
• To enter simply use the Rafflecopter widget and follow the instructions for each entry.
• Additional entries as specified on the blog giveaway post (such as following on Facebook, Twitter, ect) are optional and not required for entry in the giveaway. If there is a required entry it will be clearly stated in the Rafflecopter widget.
• Duration of giveaway (start and end times) are located in the Rafflecopter widget.
• One entry per email per giveaway allowed. 
• The number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.
• Winners are selected using Rafflecopter.com.  Selected winners have 48 to confirm their win.  If a winner does not confirm within 48 a new winner may be selected.
• Giveaway winners will no longer be announced on my blog due to a harassment incident.  Winners names can be requested by email ecofriendlyandfrugal@gmail.com.
• Winners may be required to provide their mailing address and phone numbers if required by the sponsor. 
• Addresses and phone numbers will not be sold or distributed by Eco-Friendly and Frugal in any other way.
• VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Subject to all federal, state and local laws/regulations. Eco-Friendly and Frugal, our sponsors, or our affiliates will NOT have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize or participation in these promotions and giveaways. By participating in a giveaway, entrants agree to these rules and regulations.
